Multimedia
Multimedia is anything produced digitally that contains things like audio, video, text, hypertext, animation, images, and many more.
Most applications allow you to insert images sound and video. Sound that is generated entirely by a computer is called MIDI. Others like MP3 and WAV have been anologue sound which has been converted to digital sound.
Video is a series of still images played in a sequence – usually at 25 frames per second.
Computer text and images can be hyperlinked to other pieces of the text.
